THE PHILOSOPHY OF LOBBES PRO AUDIO

We musicians and producers all know there are more important things in life than money, but our goal as a company is to provide professional recording equipment at  the best possible price. We can only achieve this through the cooperation of our customers.

We live in turbulent times. First Covid, then the war in Ukraine and now skyrocketing inflation as a result of economic sanctions and an unstable market.

Prices have sometimes risen more than 50% in a year. We managed to purchase a lot of good equipment before the price increases. So we hope we can all benefit from this. Of course, while current stock lasts.

Unfortunately, it is not always appreciated that we list our best prices on our website.

The first way to let our customers benefit from better prices is to approach them through a newsletter. Customers who receive the newsletter receive an extra 3% discount on all our standard prices when they use the provided discount code.

But there is more: As you can see in this newsletter, sometimes even a 15% discount is possible on selected brands. This is particularly applicable to brands that prefer us to only list suggested retail prices on our site.

To see our best prices we offer Gold-Membership. Gold-Member prices are always more than 3% lower than our standard prices. In addition, the prices are also lower than those of the selected brands with an extra 15% discount, as with this month's promotion. It is not difficult or expensive to become a Gold Member:

• For € 49,- you can register as a Gold-Member. From then on you can buy equipment from our webshop for the best possible price. When purchasing for more than € 1000,- we will credit your registration fee.
• When you have made a purchase of more than € 1,000 in the past 12 months, you automatically become a Gold Member.
• We also rent equipment to customers within the Netherlands. Gold Members also receive an additional discount when they rent.

Our goal is for all our customers to become Gold Members.

We expect something from our customers that is not common, for example paying to become a Gold-Member.

Unlike other sellers, we never let a customer try equipment for free. With a returned or temporarily used product, the next interested party expects a minimum of 10% extra discount, because the product is no longer new in the box. That's why we refund 3 - 15% less than the amount paid for the item if it is returned within 1 month. All shipping costs will also be charged. In addition to being a reseller, LPA is also an equipment rental company. We believe it is unfair to customers who pay rent that customers who want to buy a product can take advantage of free trial equipment. On the other hand, when you purchase the rented equipment subsequent to the rental, 50% of the rental paid will be deducted from the purchase price.

It is our intention to set up a demonstration studio within a few months where you can test high-end equipment in a real studio environment. Unlike some other stores, we will not provide free demonstrations.

It may seem very friendly and enticing: return equipment for free and free equipment demonstrations! However, this does not work in favor of you as an end-user because the costs of free demos and returned equipment from others are included in the sales price. Otherwise, no seller can survive. That is why we do not accept free returns and do not demonstrate equipment for free. In this way we can offer our customers the best price.

It goes without saying that if a product does not meet expectations, we will do our best to find a solution, but we do not prefer a full refund. We ask our customers to respect that and we hope customers who expect a full refund will buy from other stores. But of course you can always email or call us for good advice.

A unique selling point of our company is rental of professional recording equipment on an annual basis. This way you benefit from the best equipment without spending a lot of money immediately. This is only possible for customers within the Netherlands. You pay a year in advance based on a low daily rate. You have no obligation to buy, but if you buy, after a year of renting, 50% of the rent paid for the expired rental days will be deducted from the sales price and for all rental days that have not yet expired, 100% of the rent paid will be deducted.

This has been our approach in recent years and has led to (free) word-of-mouth advertising that has resulted in a turnover increase of more than 100% in 2 years. We  want to thank our customers for this and hope that new customers will join us.
