BURL Audio is proud to announce the BDA12 ORCA, the latest BURL BLACK ORCA Monitor and DAC Daughter Card offering for the BURL Audio B80 and B16 Motherships. The BDA12 features 12 channels of class-A, discrete transistor op-amp, Digital to Analog Conversion, plus stereo, class-A, speaker and headphone, monitoring. The BDA12 employs the latest BURL Audio NextGen analog section featuring the BOPA14 op-amp, and multichannel DAC chip technology for increased channel density.

With its higher channel density, the BDA12 brings the superior class-A analog technology that BURL Audio is known for, at a lower cost per DAC channel compared to the existing BURL GREEN DAC and ORCA Monitor line.

The BDA12 in a B16 chassis is the ideal 12 channel line output plus stereo monitor section solution for recording musicians or project studios who have yearned for a Mothership, but the price point was beyond their budget. The BDA12 now brings the incredible BURL Audio fidelity to those looking to up their game without breaking the bank. A B16 chassis with a BDA12 paired with a BAD16 is an incredibly powerful and compact, 16 in x 12 out plus monitor section, all in one recording solution.
